Due to the current threat of COVID-19, we at Betty’s Acupuncutre want to take precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of all our patients and staff.
We are asking all patients who have travelled outside of Canada 14 days prior to appointment date and/or are experiencing symptoms such as fever, sore throat, body aches, trouble breathing, sneezing or coughing to adhere to BCCDC guidelines by self isolating at home and reschedule/cancel your appointment as soon as possible with us. Staff members who are having these symptoms will also be staying at home as well. For these reasons, we will be waiving our regular fees for late cancellations and rescheduling at this time.
Our staff at Betty’s Acupuncutre will adhere to our usual, strict sanitizing protocols at our clinic including regular disinfecting of common areas and treatment surfaces to minimize risk of disease transmission and washing our hands before and after each treatment.
Additional measures include:
- Restricted Clinic Access – the clinic will be accessible ONLY to patients with booked appointments
- All arriving patients will be asked to wash their hands upon arrival
